Recycled Plastic-Materials

Your trusted polymer supply chain partner.

Recycled Plastics

We offer high quality recyclates from post-consumer and post-industrial waste streams.

  • Build enduring key supplier partnerships
  • Deliver on a consistent commitment ensuring customer peace of mind

We aim to become the most trusted partner for both customers and suppliers in managing their polymer requirements and developing new applications essential for their successful growth.

  • PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)
  • PP (Polypropylene)
  • HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)
  • LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene)
  • ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
  • PA (Polyamide or Nylon)
PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

Properties:

  • Lightweight, strong, and transparent.
  • Excellent barrier to moisture and gases.
  • Easy to recycle but susceptible to contamination.

Applications:

  • Used in single-use plastic bottles (water and soda), food containers, polyester fibers (clothing, carpets), and clear packaging.

Recyclability:

  • PET is one of the most recyclable plastics. Recycled PET can be made into clothing fibers, carpeting, or new containers.
PP (Polypropylene)

Properties:

  • Tough, flexible, lightweight, and resistant to heat and chemicals.
  • High melting point (~130°C) makes it suitable for reusable items.

Applications:

  • Found in bottle caps, takeaway containers, car parts, reusable bottles, and household toys.

Recyclability:

  • Recycling is moderate; recycled PP is used to create fibers, ropes, carpets, and some automotive parts.
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)

Properties:

  • High strength-to-density ratio, rigid, and resistant to chemicals.
  • Opaque with a waxy feel.

Applications:

  • Used in milk jugs, detergent and shampoo bottles, grocery bags, and pipes.

Recyclability:

  • Highly recyclable. Recycled HDPE is made into items like pipes, crates, and bottles. It has a lower propensity to leach chemicals, making it eco-friendly.
LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene)

Properties:

  • Soft, flexible, and resistant to moisture and chemicals.
  • Lower density than HDPE but stretchable.

Applications:

  • Used in soft materials like plastic bags, shrink wraps, food packaging, and squeeze bottles.

Recyclability:

  • Difficult to recycle mechanically due to clogging in machines. When recycled, LDPE is turned into items like trash bags, floor tiles, and shipping envelopes.
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

Properties:

  • Durable, impact-resistant, rigid, and lightweight.
  • Commonly available in different colors or finishes.

Applications:

  • Found in car trims, toys (e.g., LEGO bricks), electronic housings, musical instruments, and plumbing.

Recyclability:

  • Recyclable but less common. Recycled ABS is often used in non-critical applications, such as lower-grade automotive parts or household products.
PA (Polyamide or Nylon)

Properties:

  • High tensile strength, toughness, and wear resistance.
  • Heat-resistant and lightweight, but it absorbs moisture.

Applications:

  • Used in textiles, automotive gears, mechanical parts, and carpeting.

Recyclability:

  • Recyclability depends on the grade but is generally more challenging than PET or HDPE. Recycled PA is used in textiles, industrial parts, or ropes. Nylons (like Nylon-6) are prioritized in chemical recycling methods.
